Welcome !
I am a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist.
I graduated at Paris Descartes University in France, after being in exchange programs at Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia and at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in the United States. I expanded my views on psychology around the world while experiencing first hand the challenges of living in a different country.
I worked in psychiatric services with patients struggling with multiples difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress and suicidal crises, among others. I also have experience working with people on the autism spectrum and gifted individuals.
I use an integrative approach, with a multitude of therapeutic tools allowing me to adapt to each patient’s unique problematics, ressources and environment. This way, we can create together a therapeutic plan adapted to your specific needs.
Eager to stay up-to-date with recent knowledge in my field, I trained in Acceptation and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Relationnel Frame Theory (RFT), as well as the management of suicidal risk in adolescents and adults.
My practice is based on empathy and the work toward a genuine understanding of everyone’s unique profile, by creating a safe and non-judgmental space.
It is very important for me to support my patients through the emotional turmoil often associated with moments of crisis or doubts, which can happen at any point in life.
